Frozen pipe repair.
When water freezes inside a pipe, it stops the flow and puts pressure on the pipe. That is how pipes split and burst, and a burst pipe can do serious water damage before anyone notices. We thaw frozen pipes safely and repair any damage, to stop leaks and flooding before they get worse.
Pipe already burst? Shut off the main water valve to the house first, then call 509-968-4529. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
Winter protection for your plumbing.
Getting your plumbing ready for winter is the simplest way to avoid frozen pipes. Our winter protection includes insulating pipes, checking exposed plumbing, and making sure the system is ready for cold weather.

- Checking exposed plumbing
- Pipes in attics, garages and crawl spaces
- Thawing frozen pipes
- Repairing frozen and burst lines
Where pipes freeze.
The pipes that freeze are almost always the ones near the cold: lines in crawl spaces, unheated garages, attics and outside walls, and hose bibs left connected. Kittitas County winters get cold enough that these spots are worth checking every fall. We know where to look.

Priced upfront.
Our minimum service charge is $175 per hour plus materials, explained before any work starts. Materials we supply and all of our workmanship carry a 1-year warranty.
A winter checklist.
- Disconnect garden hoses from outside spigots
- Know where your main water shut-off is
- Close crawl space vents and garage doors in a hard freeze
- Keep the heat on in a house you leave empty
- Have exposed lines in crawl spaces and garages insulated
I had a very positive experience. Tyler was very professional and personable and inquired if I was satisfied and was there anything else I needed, and to call him if I needed anything further.
Before you call.
Tell the office which fixtures have no water, where the pipes run (crawl space, exterior wall, garage), and whether you see any water or damage. If a pipe has burst, shut off the main first.
