Terms & Conditions.

Thank you for choosing Excel Plumbing Inc.
By scheduling service, contacting us, or opting into our SMS program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. Payment Deadlines
Payment for all service work is due in full at the time services are rendered. Payment for all bid or contract work is due in full within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to applicable late fees as outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
2. Overdue Balances
Invoice balances that remain overdue will incur a $25 per calendar day late fee, due upon receipt. Balances overdue for 60 days or more may be subject to a collection process in accordance with Washington State law.
3. Chargeback Policy
Customers agree not to initiate any credit or debit card chargeback without first submitting the dispute to binding mediation through a mutually agreed-upon third-party mediator.
4. Minimum Service Charge
By scheduling an appointment, the customer agrees to a minimum service charge of $175 per hour, plus any materials used during the service visit.
5. Warranty on Workmanship
Excel Plumbing provides a 1-year warranty on all supplied materials and workmanship from the date of the completion invoice. Some items may require third-party supplier or manufacturer involvement.
6. No Warranty on Customer-Supplied Materials
Excel Plumbing does not warranty any materials provided by customers or third parties.
7. Owner/Builder-Supplied Materials
Bid pricing does not reflect owner- or builder-supplied materials. Additional labor or parts required due to customer-provided fixtures or materials may result in added charges.
8. Drain Cleaning Disclaimer
Drain cleaning services do not include any warranty against future blockages, recurring clogs, or underlying plumbing issues.
9. Permit Responsibility
Permits are not included in pricing and must be provided by others unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
10. Sales Tax
Washington State sales tax is not included in any contract or bid price unless explicitly stated.
11. Bid Price Validity
Bid prices are valid for 30 days and may change afterward.
12. Freight Charges
Freight charges on large or special-order items are not included in quoted pricing.
13. Pipe Insulation & Heat Taping
Pricing does not include pipe insulation or heat taping for freeze protection.
14-18. Fixture, Faucet, Sink, & Tub Specifications
Unless otherwise specified:
- All fixtures are white
- All faucets are chrome
- All sinks are undercounter or drop-in
- All sink faucets are deck-mounted
- All tubs are alcove or drop-in
Any deviations may require additional charges.
19. Countertop Modifications
Adjustments or modifications required due to countertop thickness may incur additional charges and will void all related warranties.
20. Shower Doors & Glass
Shower doors and/or glass components are to be supplied and installed by others, unless specifically agreed upon.
21. Photography Permission
Customers grant Excel Plumbing Inc. permission to photograph job sites before, during, and after service for documentation, training, and marketing purposes. No personal identifying information will be used without consent.
22. Force Majeure
Excel Plumbing Inc. is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, supply shortages, labor issues, governmental actions, or similar events.
SMS / A2P Messaging Terms
23. SMS Program Overview
You opt in to text messaging by checking one or both optional, unticked boxes on a request form on our website: “Text me about my visit: I agree to receive appointment confirmations, reminders and service updates by text from Excel Plumbing Inc at the number provided. Up to 10 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.” You receive only the type of text you checked. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

- No Purchase Required: Opting in is optional and not required for service
- Age Requirement: You must be 18 or older to opt in to text messages
- Supported Carriers: Major U.S. carriers are supported, but delivery may vary
24. User Responsibility for Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date contact information. Excel Plumbing is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery that result from inaccurate or incomplete information.
25. Privacy & Data Use
We respect your privacy. Phone numbers and message content will not be shared or sold. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. 26. Liability Limitation for Messaging Services
Excel Plumbing Inc. is not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered SMS messages.
