Turnovers.
The days between tenants are the best time to fix what the last renter lived with. A turnover is usually a list: running toilets, dripping faucets, slow drains, a water heater that is getting old, fixtures that need replacing. We work through the list while the unit is empty, tell you what we found that was not on it, and leave the place ready for the next tenant.

How approvals work.
